Order Processing

Once your payment is successfully verified and approved, we will immediately begin processing, packing and preparing your kitchen storage products for shipment. After your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with valid tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Address Accuracy

Once your order enters the packing and fulfillment stage, address revisions or order adjustments can no longer be supported.

International Orders

For cross‑border orders of kitchen storage racks and household organizers, local import taxes, customs duties or clearance fees may be charged based on the policies of your destination country. All additional local charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.
