We accept eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after customers receive the package.

Eligibility

Returned kitchen storage racks must be brand new, unused and kept in original intact condition, with complete original packaging and all matching accessories included. A valid purchase receipt or order proof is required for all return procedures. Custom customized kitchen storage racks, gift cards and all final-sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by local mandatory laws and regulations.

Start a Return

Before returning any products, please send an email to service@heatlspire.com with your order number and the specific kitchen storage rack items you wish to return. Our team will respond via email with official detailed return instructions and the standard return shipping address.

Damage or Order Issues

Please inspect your purchased kitchen storage racks immediately after parcel delivery. If you receive damaged, defective products or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team promptly and attach clear product photos for verification and problem handling.

Refunds

After we receive and fully inspect your returned items, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except for cases caused by our side (damaged, defective or wrongly delivered goods) or as stipulated by applicable local laws.
