These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to transactions made through the Heatlspire store and supplement our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility & Customer Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your contact, delivery, and billing details, as well as maintaining the security of any activity performed through your customer account.

Contract Formation

Cart and checkout displays serve as invitations to make an offer. A binding sales contract for our kitchen storage racks and household organization goods is formed only when we officially accept your order and issue a confirmation of acceptance or dispatch. Automated order receipts do not preclude subsequent reviews for potential pricing errors, fraud checks, or stock availability issues.

Payment, Taxes, and Currency

Available payment methods and pricing details are clearly shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other disclosed charges form part of the total order cost. Please note that your bank or payment provider may impose currency‑conversion or cross‑border transaction fees that Heatlspire does not control or cover.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery options vary based on your destination and product availability. Risk of loss transfers in accordance with applicable consumer law. Ownership of products may remain with Haining Junting Network Technology Co., Ltd. until payment has been received in full, where permitted by law.

Returns and Statutory Rights

All returns and refunds are governed by our posted Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory cancellation rights, product conformity guarantees, warranty protections, and other consumer rights under your local jurisdiction continue to apply and will prevail if any provision of these terms offers lesser protection.

Events Outside Reasonable Control (Force Majeure)

Heatlspire is not responsible or liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, infrastructure failures, or widespread internet and service outages.

Severability & Contact
